- We accept returns within 14 days of the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Personalized or custom-made items are exempt from being returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part.
2. How to Initiate a Return:

- Please provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and clear images if there are any defects.
3. Return Shipping:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Refunds can take up to 21 days.
- 14 days to be returned and checked.

- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
